I am not sure I know a man who can resist BBQ Ribs.
INGREDIENTS
John Henry's Country Style Ribs
2.5lbs, or 1 slab of Baby Back Ribs cut up
Cooking Oil or Butter
2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup
Dark Beer
12oz Guiness, or other dark beer
BBQ Sauce
2/3 Cup
Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp
PREPARATION
  1. Choose your ribs; 2.5lbs of Country Style Ribs or Baby Back Ribs.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons oil or butter in the bottom of your pan and heat on medium high.
  3. Pour 3/4 cup packed brown sugar into a bowl and roll ribs - be sure to coat well.
  4. Once coated, brown ribs in oil.
  5. Once browned, add any brown sugar you have remaining as well as the 12oz of dark beer.
  6. Add 2/3 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce.
  7. It's all foamy and ready to cook now. Turn the heat down to a medium low. 
  8. Secure the lid and press cook. *On the stove top, cook at a medium simmer for about 20-25 minutes, covered, stirring once to avoid sticking.
  9. The ingredients will caramelize leaving you with a sticky sweet sauce coating your ribs.
  10. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Serve and eat!
