This is a great recipe for nights when you really want ribs but don't have a lot of time to prepare them low and slow.
This recipe was inspired with seasonings and sauces from Wildtree.com.
INGREDIENTS
John Henry's Baby Back Ribs
1 slab
Cactus Pete's Agave BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup
Rodeo Rub
2 Tbsp
Water
1 Cup
PREPARATION
  1. Season your Baby Back Ribs with the Rodeo Rub, or your favorite pork seasoning, focusing on the meat side.
  2. Insert the trivet tray into your Instant Pot and add the water to the bottom of the pot.
  3. Curl the slab of ribs into a coil inside the Instant Pot, with the meat-side facing outward and the bone-side facing inward.
  4. Close and lock the lid. Select the "Meat" setting for 25 minutes. Allow the pot to naturally release pressure for at least 10 minutes before quick releasing.
  5. Carefully transfer the tender ribs to a sheet pan. Brush on the sauce and broil for about 5 minutes or until the sauce has caramelized and sticks to the ribs.
