Our cheeses are definitely something to get excited about!

Some Facts About Our Cheese:

– The cheese is made from hand milked cows!  The farmers milk the cows twice daily, by hand, for delivery to the cheese house.

– The cows are naturally raised.  They are free range, grass fed and antibiotic free.  Absolutely NO artificial hormones are introduced into their diets.

– Some of the health benefits of cheese include relief from hypertension and osteoporosis. It also helps in maintaining bone health and dental care. 

– Cheese contains many nutrients, including vitamins such as vitamin C, B-6, B-12, A, D, E

and vitamin K.
