Create the Marinade.
Pat wings
dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a small
bowl combine: granulated garlic, paprika, oregano, crushed red pepper, and
cumin.
In a
separate large bowl combine oil, honey, soy sauce, spice mixture, and salt and
pepper with the turkey wingettes and drumettes.
Refrigerate
overnight
Let the
wings come to room temperature
Preheat the oven
to 375 degrees F.
Cover and bake the turkey wings for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
