If preparing for a freezer meal: Add all ingredients to a freezer bag and seal. Squeeze bag to combine ingredients, and freeze. Thaw freezer bag completely before following the recipe.
For normal preparation: Combine the seasonings together in a small dish. Coat the fish fillets evenly on both sides with the seasoning blend.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Clean and grease the grill grates.
Grill fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through: 145 degrees F.
Serve with grilled summer vegetables and rice, and enjoy!
