5 Quarts Water 2 Tablespoons Raw Apple Cider Vinegar ½ Pound Chicken Feet 1 Tablespoon Sea Sa

Figure Friendly Greek Chicken Burgers

2 Pounds Greek Chicken Burger

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

½ Teaspoon Salt

¼ Teaspoon Pepper

1 Egg (slightly beaten)

½ Cup Breadcrumbs

2 Ounces Feta Cheese

Add Breadcrumbs, Egg, Lemon Juice, and Pepper to Ground Greek Chicken Burger. Form 10 thin patties, place feta on 5 of the patties and top with remaining patties, press together along edges to seal the cheese in the middle. Preheat well oiled grill or skillet to med/high heat. Grill patties for roughly 4 minutes on each side or until patties are 165 degrees internal temperature. Add toppings and/or serve on a bun and enjoy!!
