INGREDIENTS
John Henry's Chicken Wings
2 -2.5 lbs
Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp
Garlic Powder
2 tsp
Onion Powder
2 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Pepper
1/4 tsp
Favorite Wing Sauce
(optional)
PREPARATION
  1. Pat your wings completely dry with a paper towel.
  2. Combine Baking Powder and seasonings into a bowl. Stir, shake and toss with the meat until the wings are well coated.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
  4. Place a roasting tray on a baking sheet and spread the wing pieces out evenly on the rack.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes on the bottom rack of the oven, rotating the meat after 15 minutes. 
  6. Increase the temperature to 425 degrees and bake for another 60 minutes, continuing to turn the pieces every 15 minutes.
  7. Remove your crispy wings from the oven and serve right away or smothered in your favorite sauce!

TIP: Take a shortcut and substitute the seasonings with 4 teaspoons of your favorite seasoning blend!
