Pork Chops are mild in flavor which makes them a popular choice for dishes that feature strongly flavored marinades and sauces. Strong spices such as freshly ground black pepper, raw garlic, onions, rosemary and sage are featured in our recipe for Seasoned Pork Loin which can be made as a roast or modified for pork chops!

Making pork chops for a crowd? Cut your own pork chops from the larger, boneless Pork Loin Roast! If cut at about 1 inch thickness, each roast will yield about 6 pork chops. Thinner cut pieces = more chops!

Farming Practices

All of our pigs here at John Henry's are fed a mix of non-GMO corn, oats, and alfalfa, and they also love to rut around in the dirt outside looking for more snacks to eat! They are raised locally, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our pigs are pasture-raised and spend their days being outside as much as they wish!
