What You're Getting

These scrumptious hot dogs have been specially formulated by our butcher, Jesse! They are made fresh at the farm with our proprietary blend of grass-fed ground beef and pastured ground pork and are uncured with no fillers or additives. They are not fully cooked so be sure to cook them before serving. Jesse's Dogs have been tested and approved by our farmers market customers and now they are available for home delivery too!

Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Salt, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Onion and Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Spice Extractives, Tricalcium Phosphate, Sodium Nitrite, FD&C Red #3, Silicon Dioxide.

Farming Practices

All of our cows here at John Henry's are grass-fed and grass-finished. We raise them locally on our family farm, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our cows are pasture raised and love to spend their days being outside with either their faces towards the sun or their rears towards the wind!
