The total hanging weight of a Half Beef is approximately 375 lbs with a finished take-home weight of approximately 170 lbs.
Pricing on this bundle is based on an approximate hanging weight of 375 lbs and a price of $5.41/lb and includes cutting, wrapping, freezer packing, and labeling. You will pay one flat price with no additional charges. All cuts are approximate and will vary based on the actual size of the beef. You can elect to have some of your roasts ground or cut into stew meat. T-Bone and Porterhouse Steaks can be substituted for New York Strips and Filet Mignons. Steaks can be any thickness you wish. The meat will be wrapped in white freezer paper and frozen. Ground Beef will be in 1 lb. plastic bags. The packages will be individually marked for easy identification. Your bundle will represent about 170 lbs of meat after processing and packaging are completed.
