Our Ground Pork is freshly ground in small batches from the loin of our pastured pigs. No fillers, no bones; just good clean pork! Our ground pork can be used in any dish that calls for ground meats like tacos, meatballs, and even burgers!
Farming Practices
All of our pigs here at John Henry's are fed a mix of non-GMO corn, oats, and alfalfa, and they also love to rut around in the dirt outside looking for more snacks to eat! They are raised locally, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our pigs are pasture-raised and spend their days being outside as much as they wish!
