What You're Getting

Each of our Quarter Pound Homemade Bratwurst is ground, stuffed and twisted by hand. Our Chicken, Bacon & Cheese Brats are made with 100% chicken meat ground with our nitrate-free Hickory Smoked Bacon, certified organic brat seasoning and bits of farm fresh cheddar cheese.

Each package contains 4 brats, 1/4lb each, approximately 1lb per package.

All of our animals here at John Henry's are raised locally on our family farm, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. All of our animals are raised in the pastures and love to spend their days being outside where the sunshine is!
