What You're Getting

Each of our Quarter Pound Homemade Bratwurst is ground, stuffed and twisted by hand. Our Beer Brats are made with Pastured Pork, seasoned with beer buds and a certified organic brat seasoning. 

Each package contains 4 brats, 1/4 lb each, approximately 1 lb per package.

Farming Practices

All of our pigs here at John Henry's are fed a mix of non-GMO corn, oats, and alfalfa, and they also love to rut around in the dirt outside looking for more snacks to eat! They are raised locally, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our pigs are pasture-raised and spend their days being outside as much as they wish!
